At Sancton Access, we pride ourselves on maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and staying on top of the latest advancements in our industry. Recently, two of our team members, Stephen Brown and Gene McKay, had the privilege of attending a two-day event hosted by Fraco in the vibrant Montreal area. The event brought together Fraco customers, dealers, and their management and staff for an immersive experience to showcase Fraco’s innovative products, manufacturing processes, and commitment to excellence.

Day One: Behind the Scenes at Fraco

Stephen and Gene toured Fraco’s state-of-the-art factory and yard, offering an up-close look at their cutting-edge manufacturing processes and product lineup. This provided them with invaluable insights into how Fraco maintains its high standards of quality and innovation. As a supplier, understanding their manufacturing process firsthand allows us to better serve our clients and ensure they receive the safest and most reliable solutions for their needs.

Day Two: Team Building on the Water

Day two featured a dynamic team-building workshop, where attendees took to the water in canoes. Each crew, guided by an instructor—two Olympians and one Olympic TV commentator—paddled a course to learn the basics. Back on land, teams elected a leader to steer the canoe and synchronize the group as they navigated the same course. The exercise underscored the importance of leadership, communication, and trust. While most crews initially struggled to work in rhythm, teamwork and coordination quickly improved, leading to smoother progress. This hands-on experience reinforced key values of collaboration and effective leadership—principles that drive success at Sancton Group.
