Recently, we held a highly engaging and productive Safety Town Hall for our Nova Scotia team. We were honoured to welcome Melissa Pike, a health and life coach, who led a powerful session personal development session. Her focus was on growth mindset and managing stress, especially identifying what we can and can’t control. Melissa encouraged us to reframe challenges and view them as opportunities for personal and professional growth.WHMIS Training
Our safety team took over the meeting, providing valuable refresher training on WHMIS2015. Reviewing Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities, and emphasizing how every employee can save lives by speaking up and mentoring others on safety.New Safety Initiative
